Bio
I am a visiting Postdoc at Selva Lab, joining from the Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. I completed my PhD at the Institute of Botany, following my Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Nanjing University.
My research interests include leveraging multi-platform LiDAR and machine learning to quantify forest canopy structure, alongside investigating how climatic changes and anthropogenic activities influence forest ecosystem functions. While at Selva Lab, I will be investigating the dynamics of forest canopy structure and its impact on canopy temperature buffering.
Outside of research I enjoy playing basketball and traveling whenever I get the chance.
